Great visuals

The visual work in here is obviously the end-product of a lot of time and effort. Very good.

The humor was ok, there were some parts where I chuckled (like when he pulled the rock off thd sword), but the ending was a bit weak.

Graphical excellence, cute and a bit funny

I have to say, the graphics and animation in this were superb, top notch. In fact, everything technical about this flash was excellent.

It was pretty cute at the beginning, kinda morbid at the end.

But I felt that it was starting to drag just a bit towards the end, but not too much.

Excellent overall.

This movie speaks a lot to me... kind of feels like the way things are going sometimes.
And I loved the robo-Republican Elephant :P

Graphics got a little twitchy in certain spots, but overall I thought this movie was very good.

The biggest thing that's shocked be about this submission is some of the bullshit reviews people have been giving...

Certainly racism isn't as bad as it used to be prior to the past few decades, but its still alive and present. I'm reminded of that every time I see a Confederate flag flying high somewhere. And I've heard stories from minority students on my campus about how they were verbally abused, and sometimes brutally beaten because of the fact that they aren't white.
Unfortunately, racism isn't dead, yet. It's still alive, pretending to yourself that "OMGWTF RACISM IS DED FUKTARD RACSST!" isn't helping the situation any.

As for the flash, I loved the art. Very good. I also liked how it came full circle at the end.
I didn't mind the Jamaican accent. Some of the bullshit complaining that Jamaicans shouldn't represent all blacks just makes my brain hurt.... So only blacks from a specific region of America or Africa are allowed to speak out against racism? Bullshit, I say.
But the audio did crack a little bit when the reading became very empowered.

Good job overall, though.

tragic; really great flash

Now this is real quality if you ask me - exceptional art, style and sound.

The story was great... extremely tragic for the guy.
Very existential - the guy must have felt totally helpless, thats why he tried to drown his woes in the music. Had an inkling of courage towards the end, but not enough.

Loved it.

Just driving...

I liked some of the art that you had in the flash. Im guessing you spent a good deal of time on the cars.
However it seemed to be there were some graphical glitches in the flash... at all times there was empty white space above and below the main image... Normally I wouldn't bring that up, but you had the cars moving in that white space... you should have filled it in with scenary or detail. And there was one point in the film where the blue car seemed to rear-end the black car but nothing happened...

Music and sound effects were good enough

But the story was lacking... as I said, all it had was a couple people driving around in nice looking cars. I guess that's a story in itself, but I'm left wondering WHY? Was one guy chasing the other? Is one guy trying to kill the other? Or are they just simply racing? What's going on? These are things you should try to address.

Keep at it though.

Pretty good graphics, but no substance

The character design was simple, yet cute. I liked it, and its definitely a bit better than generic line art (used some shading). Keep it up and I'm positive you'll get much better in time.

But the actual content of the flash was just lacking. All that happened was a guy got kicked in the head...
And it took a long time for that to happen. Insult.... cry.... laugh..... kick..... hi...
You needed either more interaction between the characters or to speed up what you did have.

Music was nice, but I didn't hear any other sound effects, not even for the kick. In the end its up to you whether or not you want them - maybe a stylistic thing, but I would have liked some sound. Doesn't have to be loud or complex, just something simple.
